Tell Me What You Want!

In beginning this blog, I want to be sure I address issues that my followers are interested in learning more about through the blog. I cannot offer specific legal advice to your specific legal matter, that is for the attorney specific to your matter. However I want to offer general information that will be beneficial to my followers.

I am asking followers to comment with subjects or issues that they would like me to blog about in the future. I can’t promise I will cover them all, but I will do my best to address things that interest you, and that I feel confident about offering my perspective.

I have a list of subjects that I intend to blog about soon, but they are general ideas. Your input is of value in making certain that the subjects and issues I cover are what you really, really want to hear about 😉 I’m sure I will have some blogs with interesting information that you didn’t even know you were interested in before.

I look forward to hearing from you, and addressing your interests. This blog is for YOU!

Do people need to have a will if they have a trust

    1. Tracey says:

I personally recommend both, as it is possible some items are not actually listed in the trust, and the will can make certain any probate items are distributed to the trust. As always, the specifics should be discussed with the attorney of your choice.

I will definitely do a blog post on estate planning issues!

I’ve heard on several occasions that those warning like “not responsible for lost or broken…” are not worth the material they are printed on. Is that true? Or are the owners truly not responsible for damage?

    1. Tracey says:

This is a great question. I will do a blog on responsibility and waivers 😉
